Eeeek!! My home in Heart Home Magazine!

I’m probably supposed to be all like “SHYEAH WHATEVS” about the fact that my home has been featured in Heart Home Magazine but to be honest, I’m so freaking excited and I can’t believe that even though the house isn’t nearly complete (hello unfinished floors, cellar, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, ad infinitum), the Editors felt it was worthy enough to be seen alongside some incredibly gorgeous spaces.

To be honest, if I wasn’t at work and having to act like a sensible adult (mostly) I would be running around the room, arms outstretched, running at full pelt, pretending to be an airplane.  ZOOOOM!!!!!

A very big thank you to the absolutely lovely Editors of Heart Home Magazine, Carol and Arianna and the sweet photographer, Laura for making the day so thoroughly enjoyable and seeing past the unfinished business to the things that we have been able to do to make this home a little closer to the dream we had when we moved in 2 years ago.

    Huge congratulations, you&#39;ve got great artistic talent and its worthy of recognition. No one could call your home dull, the use of colour, texture and fabrics is great, even the mirrors you use are arty. The furniture is ornate but fits in well with each scheme, choosing key items like the velvet orange chair can really complete a look and bring something a little bit quirky to a home. Well
